Website Blog Administrator

MounTech Solutions is working with a reputed Link Building company in the UK and is seeking a full-time resilient and self-driven Website Blog Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage website edits, publish guest posts, coordinate with the sales team, and engage with website owners to ensure seamless order fulfilment. We are looking for a reliable individual with quick communication skills who can efficiently handle various tasks in a dynamic environment.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Website Edit Requests:
    • Insert new backlinks and make text edits to new website orders as requested by the backlink and marketing teams.
  • Publishing Guest Posts:
    • Manage the publication process for guest posts, ensuring they are correctly formatted and published on time.
  • Communicating with the Sales Team:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to inform them about completed orders and any relevant updates or issues.
  • Email Inbox Management:
    • Engage with website owners via email to coordinate and make orders live on their respective sites.


Skill Requirements

Candidate must have:

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in managing website content.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with email management tools and CRM software for efficient communication and task management.
  • Demonstrated accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computers or a related field.


Experience:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in website administration or related roles.


Salary Package: 

  • INR 1,80,000 per year
